For a race bike i would run these rims knowing i might have to have them rebuilt very shortly. Running mag 30's or double tracks is dumb. they are the same rim and on of the heaviest rims out there. I would run mavic 823's or a non tubless wheel by mavic.

yeah it uses a 2.1 rear suspension ratio (5 inch stroke on the shock and 10 inches of travel) it also can use two springs much like what you see on baja trucks. allows for a softer spring and makes the shock work less. the fork is an Xtd i have one it feels like you can go over anything. sticks to the ground and pedals better than what you would think,
